Essential Functions
- Design/create and conduct seminars, classes, workshops or programs.
- Also, develop program objectives and monitor quantitative and qualitative data on progress toward objectives. Review objectives to identify problems and solutions, prioritize solutions and develop action steps for program improvement.
- Provide financial administrative support for program initiatives.
- Likewise, develop, administer and analyze assessment/evaluation questionnaires. Compile statistics and prepare reports.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to recruit students and program participants.
- Interact with staff faculty, external agencies and other university departments.
- Moreover, may conduct research and analyze relevant literature, other benchmark information to develop grant proposals, new program ideas and propose program changes.
- Similarly, may provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.).

Required Education
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Also, five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
Required Experience
One (1) year of program coordination experience.
Additional Qualifications
- Prefer university student services experience.
- Moreover, Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Etc.).
- Detail-oriented, able to develop and maintain highly organized work environment, and able to effectively prioritize.
- Also, demonstrated capabilities in making solid business decisions, problem-solving, and multi-tasking in a highly dynamic and fast paced business environment.
- Likewise, proven ability to exercise high degree of confidentiality and objectivity.
- Proven ability to set priorities and work independently with little or no supervision.
- Also, record of creative and innovative problem-solving ability.
