Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of the position is to support management of process/activity monitoring for all CSP activities, supporting M&E reporting while ensuring both data and reports are timely, complete and of good quality. Also, it is very critical that process monitoring generates evidence, documented as key findings and recommendations to inform activity implementation improvement as such, it will be critical for the findings and recommendations to be shared widely with key stakeholders and follow up of implementation done. Likewise, the position will support provision of technical support to field offices, development and updating of M&E tools and guidelines and liaison with activity and outcome managers on activity monitoring processes.

Accountabilities:

  • Strengthened process monitoring with timely quality M&E data and reports.
  • Also, enhanced utility of M&E products through innovative mechanisms for sharing M&E findings
  • Likewise, outcome managers, activity managers and CO management have timely information on the performance of CSP activities.
  • Moreover, timely baselines, outcome monitoring and review reports
  • Additionally, M&E guidelines revised, updated and implemented
  • Furthermore, revised M&E tools to aligned of CSP and CRF
  • Also, provision of timely inputs for corporate and donor reporting
  • Moreover, technical support and guidance provided to field offices, activity and outcome teams
  • Similarly, support provided to APP process ensuring timely inputs are provided by the functional areas.
