This prestigious global initiative by the International News Media Association (INMA) celebrates 30 exceptional young professionals under the age of 30 who are making a mark in the news media industry. The awards highlight early career accomplishments, innovative thinking, leadership potential, and influence across six key categories: Advertising, Data, Leadership, Editorial, Product, and Reader Revenue.

Selected individuals will receive international recognition as part of INMA’s “30 Under 30” class of 2025. Winners will be featured through a virtual announcement, highlighted on the INMA blog, included in a global press release, and awarded a certificate of recognition. This is a unique opportunity to gain visibility on a global stage and join a growing network of young changemakers in media.

The award is open to professionals under 30, but those over 30 can also participate by nominating an eligible colleague using the same application form. Eligibility Criteria for the INMA “30 Under 30” Awards 2025:

• The applicant must be employed by a news media company before applying for this international award.
• Applicant must be below the age of 30 as of 1 September 2025, to be eligible for the International News Media Association Awards 2025.
• Moreover, applicant must be a very good thinker with an ability to shape and work with the news media industry.
• Applicants must have demonstrated accomplishments and expertise in their careers.
• Applicants must have soft skills that make them great leaders or show talent: knowledge-hungry, entrepreneurial spirit, and team player.
