Doctors of the World announces the Luis Valtueña International Humanitarian Photography Award in order to denounce the reality of millions of people in the world. This award emerges as a tribute and recognition to Luis Valtueña, Flors Sirera, Manuel Madrazo and Mercedes Navarro, cooperators of Doctors of the World killed in Rwanda in 1997 and Bosnia in 1995 when they were developing humanitarian work. His memory serves so that every year the victims of injustice come to light. Therefore Doctors of the world invites you to give them a voice with your eyes.
