ServiceNow Community Improvement Fund – Canada 2025 (Up to C$40,000)

Eligibility for ServiceNow Community

• The project must address the theme of decarbonization.
• Projects must take place in Canada.
• Applicant must be a school or a registered non-profit organization eligible to receive grant funding (relevant documentation will need to be provided).
• Projects should include opportunities for ServiceNow employees to volunteer in the project activation or implementation.
• Applicants (the organization’s representative submitting the application) must be at least 18 years old.

Application

• Apply by 8 May, 2025 (PDT).
• Wait for your application to be reviewed. They will let you know if it was successful by 25 June, 2025 (PDT).
• If successful, complete some simple steps within 30 days before starting your project.
• Receive the first portion of funding and use it to make your project happen!
• Share your project’s impact to unlock the final portion of funding.
