Position Summary 

Marketing Graduates will have the opportunity to grow through a 4-5 year development programme, laying a strong foundation for a successful career in Marketing. The prgoram begins with a practical introduction to the working environment, whereby Management Trainees gain experience through meaningful work in one of our Brand teams that will enable them to take ownership and responsibility of real business projects.

Management Trainees are expected to have high levels of drive and initiative to remain focused on their development and contribution to the greater team. The Marketing Management Trainees that are successful in the programme will have the opportunity to rotate between the Sales, Marketing and Category Operations Teams to acquire a functional depth and breadth of experience, all while gaining a solid foundation to your career.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must have the following qualifications for this RCL Foods Management Trainee Programme – Marketing

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study
• B.Com (Sales & Marketing)/ BA (Sales & Marketing)/ B Social Science (Sales & Marketing)
• Good tertiary academic results
