Adobe Customer Marketing Manager MBA Internship is available at Adobe Digital Experience Customer Marketing team. The Adobe Digital Experience Customer Marketing team’s mission is to engage our customers throughout their entire journey, increase advocacy, drive adoption and retention, develop raving fans of the Adobe brand, and ultimately, create Adobe customers for life.

The Customer Marketing Manager will focus on driving key Customer Marketing programs forward, in addition to discovering and developing new Adobe advocates. Success in this role can be achieved with a passion for the customer and a focus on building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate on this Adobe Customer Marketing Manager MBA Internship will do the following duties

  • Assist with expanding the elite product Champion programs and Adobe User Groups across the Digital Experience product portfolio.
  • Assist with developing content for the advocacy nurture programs.
  • Interview and connect with customers to understand their use cases and passion for Adobe Digital Experience solutions.
  • Track, measure, and contribute to key customer advocacy success metrics including developing an advocate scorecard.


  • Must be a current MBA student graduating between December 2021 – July 2022.
  • BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on several projects, often under tight timelines, and consistently deliver results.
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder communication and engagement skills.
  • Outstanding customer relationship-building skills.
  • Strong program development and management capabilities.
  • Flexible, can-do attitude, with the ability to thrive in a very dynamic environment.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role in customer success and/or marketing, sales, or sales development, experience in customer advocacy programs a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and using Marketo is a plus.
