Responsibilities

• Prepare an Antitrust Insights newsletter informing clients about competition law and the newest enforcement trends.
• Also, conduct an initial antitrust assessment in preparation for a client meeting to discuss the risks of a potential acquisition.
• Analyze a distribution agreement and draft an email to a client which includes your assessment of the agreement from an EU competition law perspective.
• Draft an e-mail to a client advising on the activities of merging parties using a multi-jurisdictional merger filing assessment tool.
• In addition, prepare a letter to a Member of Parliament who is proposing to amend the competition law to allow cartels.
