The Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) is responsible for the organization and coordination of the work of the Telecommunication Development Sector (ITU-D) of the Union which deals mainly with ICT-focused development policies, strategies and programs, as well as technical cooperation activities, to promote digital inclusion and drive digital transformation at community, country and regional levels.

Competencies
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and produce good quality of reports and research. Familiarity with Youth Engagement would be an asset.
Education:
High School Diploma or University degree in areas related to information and communication technologies. Additionally, other university degrees will be considered based on the areas of the research.
Experience:
No work experience required.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English for conducting research and producing documents (drafting and editing).

The internship will be carried out remotely.
