• Citizenship of a country on the OECD/DAC list (excluding the People’s Republic of China)
• Aged between 18 and 40 years as of August 25, 2025
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a higher education institution
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) or English
