School of Literature, Languages, and Linguistics of ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences invites application from eligible candidates for scholarships in Master’st Thesis in Linguistics. Australian National University offers an award known as the Sydney Speaks Master’s Thesis Award to support domestic as well as international students. The objective of the international scholarships is to offer a stipend to a Linguistics Masters student at ANU who is writing a thesis on variation and change in Australian English that will contribute to the Sydney Speaks project.
The Australian National University (ANU) is a public national research university located in Canberra, the capital of Australia. Its main campus in Acton encompasses seven teaching and research colleges, in addition to several national academies and institutes. Undergraduate students at ANU can choose from many available course offerings. This scholarship offers a one-off payment of $4,000. It is payable at the beginning of the semester/session in which you commence your supervised thesis course.
The recipient is responsible for payment of tuition fees date as set out by the University each session. Recipients of this award are responsible for the cost of books, study materials, accommodation and all other costs of the study.
