Aspire Leaders Program 2025 [Cohort 4]

Applications are now open for the Aspire Leaders Program 2025 (Cohort 4), a free and fully-funded online leadership development journey designed for first-generation and limited-income university students and recent graduates from around the world. This transformative program offers participants access to world-class virtual seminars, professional development resources, mentorship opportunities, and a global network of peers—all structured to be flexible and manageable alongside existing commitments. Through interactive learning experiences and exposure to diverse perspectives, the Aspire Leaders Program empowers young leaders to grow personally and professionally, build essential leadership skills, and make a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.

The Aspire Leader Program Journey

• Module I: Personal and Professional Development
  • Strengths-based leadership skills assessment.
  • Professional development resources co-created with Harvard Business School for creating a LinkedIn profile, crafting your resume, tips for interviewing, and how to network.
  • Live interactions among a global cohort of peers.
• Module 2: Aspire Horizons Course: Leadership development course designed and delivered by Harvard University faculty.
  • Topics:
    • Understanding Yourself as a Leader
    • Importance of Understanding Context and Building Trust
    • Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
    • Voices of Leaders
    • Addressing Community Challenges
    • Being in Action in Your Communities Worldwide
• Module III: Immersive Learning
  • Synchronous sessions led by world-class educators from universities around the world.
  • Live learning and discussions with a global cohort of peers and mentors.

Eligibility for Aspire Leaders

• Be 18-29 years old.
• Be a current undergraduate student or recent graduate who has not proceeded to a graduate program.
• Meet at least ONE of the following:
  • Come from a limited-income background.
  • Be first-generation to attend university in their family.
