ESMT scholarships for women are available for application for women pursuing MBA in Berlin. The MBA Women Scholarships help to garner and nurture goal of international business career a reality. Supported by its 25 corporate founders, ESMT offers a number of partial-tuition scholarships for MBA applicants. Every year, there are also a limited number of prestigious full-tuition scholarships available.
ESMT allocates scholarships based on academic excellence, personal and professional achievement, particularly strong leadership potential, and superior interpersonal skills. However, MBA scholarships are restricted to self-funded candidates and are applied directly to the applicant’s tuition.
Women’s Scholarship
Number of scholarships available: two
Value: up to € 10,000
Eligibility: Female candidates with exceptional professional achievements and a GMAT score of over 650 are eligible.
Requirements: Candidates need to provide their official GMAT scores (not older than five years) and should complete the scholarship essay as part of their ESMT online application explaining how they qualify for this scholarship. However, winners may not combine this scholarship with GRE/GMAT scholarship.
30% Club Scholarships
The 30% Club is a global gender diversity campaign that aims to increase the number of women on boards, and throughout the pipeline, through the efforts of Chairs and CEO members who are committed to better gender balance at all levels of their organizations. Moreover, business leadership is key to the 30% Club mission, taking the issue beyond a specialist diversity effort and into mainstream talent management.
Number of scholarships available: One
Value: up to € 15,000
Eligibility: Female candidates who have excelled in leadership positions during their career or who have a clear path toward leadership in the future.
Requirements: Candidates should complete the scholarship essay as part of their ESMT online application explaining how they qualify for this scholarship.
Social Impact Scholarship
Number of scholarships available: two
Value: € 5,000 to € 10,000
Eligibility: At least three years experience working in a social impact or not-for profit organization. However, the winners may not combine this scholarship with the startup scholarship.
How To Apply
To apply for these scholarships, applicants must be women and apply for a place of offer in the ESMT Berlin MBA program. The application is an online process.
Further, for ESMT Women Scholarships applicants will require to score over 650 in GMAT to be eligible. Likewise, for Social Impact Scholarships, applicants must have a working experience in a non-profit organization.
