Apply for Fujian Government Scholarship 2022. This scholarship is provided by Government of China.

It has established in effort to further promote the development and make progress on scale, level and serviceability of the international students’ education  of Fujian Province, and attract more academically excellent international student to study in Fujian.

Eligibility of Fujian Government Scholarship

Applicants must be non-Chinese nationals in good health.

B. Educational background and age restriction

a. Governor Special Scholarship Program applicants must be nominated by our Provincial partnership cities and be under the age of 50.

b. Applicants for the International Liaison of Provincial Partnership Cities program must be recommended by our Provincial Partnership Cities and be under the age of 50.

c. International Liaison of Provincial Partnership Cities Trainees applicants must be under the age of 50.

d. Fujian universities’ applicants for the Independent recruitment program include:

-Applicants must have a senior high school diploma and be under the age of 30 to be considered for an undergraduate program or long-term language.

-Applicants for master’s degree programs must have a bachelor’s degree.

Scholarship coverage and criteria

The scholarship is divided into following and is granted to the relevant institutions that accept international student :

1. Governor special scholarship program : 60,000 RMB/person/year
2. International Liaison of provincial partnership cities study in Fujian program : #30,000 RMB/person/year
3. International Liaison of provincial partnership cities training program:

• Non-academic language students: 30,000 RMB/person/year
• Short-term program trainees: 5,000 RMB/person/year

Application Documents

The applicants must fill in and submit the following documents truly, correctly and completely:

• Firstly, Application form for Fujian Government Scholarship
• Secondly, Highest Diploma : Shall also provide proof of studying on the application
• Original and photocopy of foreigner physical examination form printed by Chinese quarantine
• Also, a study plan (400 words or above) or
• Research plan (800 words or above)
• Applications for music and art are requested to submit the applicants’ own works
• Students under age 18 should submit relevant legal documents from their guardians
• Application documents will not be returned
