The award will be available to a prospective student who:

• is an international or domestic student;
• is enrolling full-time in a program of study for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy at the John Curtin School of Medical Research, Australian National University; and
• has a Bachelor of Science with first class honors or international equivalent in biology, biomedicine or related science with practical research experience or Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with research experience

Australian National University provides this scholarship to international students on the basis of academic merit. However, the students must hold a place of the offer at the ANU PhD program in respective faculty. Moreover, students meeting the eligibility criteria are automatically considered for the Immunology Research Scholarship at ANU. You do not require to file a separate application for the scholarship.
