1.) British Chevening Scholarships (UK)

Value of Scholarship: Covers full tuition fees; a living allowance at a set rate (for one individual); an economy class return airfare to the UK; additional grants to cover essential expenditure. Also, this is one of the most sought-after international scholarships in UK.

Duration of Program: Awards are typically for a one-year Master’s degree for Fully Funded Scholarship in the UK

Chevening is the UK government’s scholarships in UK for International Students aimed basically at developing global leaders since 1983. Furthermore, funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organizations, Chevening offers two types of award – Chevening Scholarships and Chevening Fellowships. Likewise, the recipients are personally selected by British embassies and High Commissions throughout the world.

2.) Rhodes Trust Scholarships

Value: The Rhodes international scholarships in UK covers Oxford University (and College) fees as well as providing an annual stipend. For the 2019/20 academic year, the stipend will be £15,900 per annum (£1,325 per month) from which Scholars pay all living expenses, including accommodation.

Duration: Rhodes Scholars may study for any full-time postgraduate degree (including the BA with senior status over two years) at the University of Oxford.

Established through the Will of Cecil John Rhodes in 1902, the Rhodes Scholarships are the oldest and perhaps most prestigious international scholarship program in the world, enabling outstanding young people from around the world to undertake full-time postgraduate study at the University of Oxford. 3.) Commonwealth Scholarships and Fellowships

Value of Scholarships: This international scholarships in UK provides: airfare from your home country to the UK and returns at the end of your award (the CSC will not reimburse the cost of fares for dependents, nor usually the cost of journeys made before your award is finally confirmed), approved tuition and examination fees. Additionally,  stipend (living allowance), thesis grant towards the cost of preparing a thesis or dissertation, where applicable, warm clothing allowance, where applicable, study travel grant towards the costs of study-related travel within the UK or overseas.

Also, the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC) offers around 800 awards for postgraduate study and professional development each year. Likewise, the CSC offers international scholarships in UK to deserving applicants.


University Of Auckland Asian Development Bank Japan Scholarship- Fully Funded

4.) Joint Japan World Bank Scholarships

Value of Program: The scholarship provides benefits for the recipient only, covering: economy class air travel between the home country and the host university at the start of the study program and one return journey following the end of the overall scholarship period. In addition to the ticket, scholars receive a US $500 travel allowance for each trip, tuition. Also, the cost of basic medical and accident insurance usually obtained through the university, a monthly subsistence allowance to cover living expenses, including books.

Duration: A maximum duration of two years.

The Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program provides scholarships to students from World Bank member countries to pursue development-related studies at selected Universities around the world. Likewise, the scholarship provides travel costs between your home country and the host university, tuition for your graduate program; the cost of basic medical insurance, a monthly subsistence allowance to cover living expenses, including books.
