Eligibility for Gold Social Impact
To be considered for the Reach for Gold Social Impact Fellowship, applicants must:
- Be from any country (the program is open globally);
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35 at the time of application;
- Demonstrate a strong passion for social change and community development;
- Possess a track record of volunteerism, leadership, or civic engagement;
- Be able to commit to the full duration of the program;
- Have proficiency in English, as all training and communication will be conducted in English;
- Be available to execute a community-focused capstone project during the fellowship period.
Selected Fellows must:
- Actively participate in all scheduled sessions, including mentorship meetings, training, and peer learning forums.
- Collaborate with other fellows and program mentors.
- Design and implement a capstone project aimed at creating a sustainable impact in a chosen community.
- Provide progress updates and a final report on the capstone project.
- Represent the Reach for Gold Initiative with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
- Grant the Initiative permission to share their project outcomes and stories for promotional and impact documentation purposes.
