In response, UN SDSN Nigeria is actively engaged in the Climate Actors Accelerator Programme 2024 to address and mitigate these challenges.

The Climate Actors Accelerator Programme (CAAP) stands as a beacon of opportunity for the dynamic cohort of young innovators and change-makers, harnessing the energy and passion of individuals aged 18 to 35. Unveiling a distinct emphasis on addressing the pressing global climate crisis, CAAP positions itself as a transformative force dedicated to propelling solutions that pave the way toward a net-zero future. Eligibility for Climate Actors Accelerator Programme 2024 

The following criteria before proceeding with your application:

• Applicant must be Nigerian, and between the ages of 18 – 35 years.
• Ability to commit at least 4 hours per week throughout the programme.
• Availability to partake in Masterclass sessions, Climate Education, and Community Development Projects.
• Interested in being a development and transformation agent.
