2024 ISTernship Summer Program, at Austria (Fully Funded)

Bachelor’s and master’s students can apply for the 2024 ISTernship Summer Program. Students who are interested in basic research in the fields of biology, computer science, data science & scientific computing, mathematics, physics, neuroscience, chemistry & materials, and interdisciplinary areas, are encouraged to apply. Applicants who graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree within a year from the program start date, are also eligible to apply.

The ISTernship (“IST-” + “(int)ernship“) is a summer internship program for bachelor’s and master’s students who are looking to expand their scientific research experience

Applicants who have graduated with a bachelor, or master’s degree within a year from the program start date, are also eligible to apply. The dates of IST Summer Internship 2024 are May 15 and September 15. It will run for approximately 2-3 months. The exact dates and length are decided together with the supervisor. The internship will be at the Institute of Science and Technology (IST).

Who can Apply for the 2024 ISTernship Summer Program?

• Open to citizens from all the countries.
• Applicants must be enrolled Bachelor- or Master of Science students.
• They must have completed at least the fourth semester of their bachelor’s studies.
• The candidate must be proficient in English.
• IELTS/TOEFL is not required.
