The Reham Al-Farra Memorial Journalism Fellowship is a unique opportunity for young (22 to 35), working journalists from developing countries and countries with economies in transition to cover the United Nations. Hosted every fall at UN Headquarters, the programme brings a select group of journalists to New York to cover the opening of the General Assembly for their news outlets. Shaping Horizons Summit 2019 at University of Cambridge

Shaping Horizon Summit 2019 at University of Cambridge first international summit and action programme on science, policy, and innovation for a changing world, gathering 150 young leaders from across the UK and Latin America to engage with senior world leaders and ignite change. All Future Leaders attend the Summit at the University of Cambridge for a registration fee of 150 GBP which covers accommodation and food during all organized events of the Summit. Future Leaders are expected to cover their travel to Cambridge themselves. However, in the case of financial need, a very limited amount of scholarships will be made available for a select number of delegates to waive the fee and/or cover flights.


Fully Funded SNCC Ambassador of Change Program 2019

The Save & Nurture Child Care Foundation (SNCC) Ambassador of Change is a global opportunity for Commonwealth countries. It is a community set up for girls and young women age 18- 25 years old, who are young leaders and change-makers in the communities. Save & Nurture Child Care Foundation (SNCC) started the “SNCC Ambassador of Change Program” in January 2019 to discover, recognize, appraise and connects all young change-makers in the commonwealth countries. They are using this program to focus on creating awareness and the break- down of gender stereotypes and other injustice caused by other SDG challenges in society.


Johnstone Family Mathematics Scholarship for International Students

Each year the Mathematical Sciences Institute may offer an award known as the Johnstone Family Mathematics Scholarship (“the award”). The objective of the award is to support undergraduate students pursuing studies in mathematics or statistics at the Australian National University. Professor Iain Johnstone (Bachelor of Science (Hons), 1978 and Master of Science, 1979) provides the funding for this scholarship as a tribute to his parents. Moreover, the Johnstone Family Mathematics Scholarship fund amounts to $5,000 per annum for up to three years in total.  Further, the applicants will receive the scholarship in equal installments at the beginning of each semester.


Physics Scholarships for International Students at Swansea University

Physics Scholarships for International Students are available at Swansea University. It is a public research university in Swansea, Wales. Furthermore, the university currently offers about 330 undergraduate courses and 120 post-graduate courses. International candidates can also apply for a tuition fee reduction PhD scholarship in the Department of Physics, College of Science at Swansea University. Moreover, up to five physics scholarships are available for international students. Besides, each scholarship is worth £8,650. Further, the international tuition fees for 2019/2020 are £18,400. Swansea University College of Human and Health Science mission is to conduct high-quality international research achieving high ratings in the research excellence framework; deliver high-quality educational programmes, and contribute to a highly qualified health and social care workforce that meets the needs of people across the globe. Moreover, the Eira Francis Davies Scholarship is a full tuition fee scholarship awarded to female students who are nationals of, and ordinarily resident in, a developing country, who are admitted to pursue a postgraduate taught Masters programme within the College of Human and Health Sciences at Swansea University.


Masters in Computer Science Scholarship for International Students (fully funded)

Fully funded Masters in Computer Science Scholarship is available for international students seeking to enroll in the University of Jinan, China. The University of Jinan is a key and comprehensive university in Shandong Province and entitled a distinctive institution of higher learning with the commitment of producing applied-talented students. Further, the University of Jinan has promoted policies of opening-up and internationalization. Hence, the university has been actively developing relationships with foreign counterparts by means of visiting scholar programs, academic exchange, and international cooperation and exchange programs and agreements. Consequently, the University is providing a Masters in Computer Science scholarship for international students. Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship For International Students (Fully Funded)

The Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship for Privately-Financed International Students is open for application to privately-financed international students. Moreover, this scholarship aims at students with excellent academic and character records that are facing financial difficulties. Further, to apply for the scholarship, the students should have received pre-arrival admission in an academic program in Japan. Besides recognition, the applicants will receive a monthly stipend of 48,000 Yen payable on a monthly basis.
